CW Production Company produced a series of conferences and conventions for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. The scope of production included the design, branding and installation of stage sets, and providing all lighting, audio/visual and technical aspects for all of the general sessions and up to 45 breakout meetings. CWP provided on site staffing to handle conference logistics and acted as the principal liaison with the hotel conference staff for event and rooms set-up. We coordinated general and VIP conference transportation. Our team produced a variety of themed events covering all aspects of the design, decor, lighting, entertainment, menus, and event programs.
