Our team mentored the transformation of this annual event from a small gathering to a renowned gala evening with over 3,500 guests. We assisted in the raising of over $2 million for various Bay area AIDS organizations. Venues: Park Hyatt Hotel, San Francisco Fashion Center, City Hall, The Herbst and Festival Pavilions at Fort Mason and The Concourse. Executive Producer for all galas Conception of themes and steering the organizations 12 committees Managed over 30 vendors Coordinated silent auctions which brought in hundreds of thousands of dollars Creative, management, staging and directing of all entertainment Technical design and installation Recruitment of 45 restaurants and 45 wineries to donate their services.
